As a key contributor to the social and economic development of the North West, we’re building a better future through a culture of collaboration between Group partners.
Whilst we positively impact our communities in many ways, our core objective is simple: to provide high-quality, affordable and sustainable housing to those who need it most.
As the largest integrated housing supply chain in the North West, our unique Group model provides a wealth of advantages, supporting economic stability and growth.
Building vibrant communities
Our commercial partners, including Sovini Construction, Sovini Trade Supplies, Teal Scaffold, Sovini Property Services and Sovini Waste Solutions, deliver the construction of our housing developments. These are then sold or let by our Registered Providers of Social Housing, One Vision Housing and Pine Court Housing Association.
Through The Sovini Group’s ambitious 1,000 new home development programme, customers and communities can access affordable and quality housing, through tenures such as Rent to Buy, Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent.
The five-year programme currently has over 200 homes in development across our live sites, such as:
- Morris Meadows – A mixture of 91 houses and 58 apartments, giving a new lease of life to the Netherton community.
- Kingfisher Park – 45 new homes, nestled in the heart of the Wrenbury countryside.
- Barton Brook Green – Delivering a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes designed with modern living in mind.
“Our unique structure encourages and promotes collaboration across the Group. Shared resources, expertise, and knowledge ultimately leads to more comprehensive solutions and increased efficiency. More efficiency, quite simply, equates to more homes for our communities.” – Bill Lacey, Development Director for The Sovini Group.
Building a better tomorrow
Through the delivery of affordable homes, the Group continues their environmental and social commitments, striving for net-zero carbon. Each development creates meaningful employment opportunities, with the Group investing in a flagship Neurodiversity Internship programme and its legacy Apprenticeship pathway.
“We have a five-year plan that involves collaboration with ethical landowners, in the first instance across the Liverpool City Region and across the Northwest. Our goal is to build a supply chain that supports us to develop a pipeline of land that results in the best housing product for our client, One Vision Housing. This will address the chronic shortage of housing in this country, ultimately helping to achieve our vision of a better, safer and secure future for our residents.” – James Flannery, Director of Construction and Land for Sovini Construction.
Collaboration across the Group plays a pivotal role in its mission of creating opportunities and changing lives. It serves as a catalyst for positive transformation, enabling us to unlock new opportunities and make meaningful contributions to society. By fostering a culture of collaboration, we address complex challenges, drive innovation, and ultimately change lives for the better.
