Great Place to Work® UK have announced their first ever Best Workplaces for Wellbeing list and we’re on it!
The prestigious list, which features 63 large organisations from across the UK, uses the employee engagement survey to measure how happy people are with the wellbeing culture in the organisation, focusing on five key areas:
- Work-life balance
- Sense of fulfilment
- Job satisfaction
- Psychological safety
- Financial security
