Throughout 2023, we have continued with our mission of creating opportunities and changing lives in pursuit of a better future. Our highlights include:
- Awarded ‘Best Approach to Diversity and Inclusion’ at the Northern Housing Awards in May 2023.
- Successfully launched our Supported Internship programme, creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with SEND (special educational needs and disabilities).
- Revealed a mean gender pay gap of -3.5% in favour of women, vastly surpassing the national average.
