In line with our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, we’re delighted to launch our Health and Wellbeing strategy for 2024 – 2029.
A study by Forbes revealed that healthy and happy employees are up to 20% more productive in the workplace than those that are unhappy.

That’s why we have designed a comprehensive strategy to support employee wellbeing, allowing colleagues to maximise their potential as we strive for a better future.
This strategy is vital in underpinning our thriving and inclusive workplace culture, and has the following key objectives:
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment with a positive culture of health, wellbeing and happiness
- Prevent stress and burnout by implementing strategies that support our employee’s mental health and work-life balance
- Increase employee engagement and satisfaction through personal and professional growth and development
- Measure success of initiatives with feedback from colleagues and regular attendance
The strategic aims will be delivered using the Seven Dimensions of Wellness: Mental, Financial, Physical, Social, Vocational, Environmental and Communications.
Centred around positive working relationships, a sense of purpose, belonging and achievement, this strategy will support us to maintain our award-winning workplace culture.
