In line with our ongoing commitment to employee wellbeing, we’re delighted to launch our Health and Wellbeing strategy for 2024 – 2029.

A study by Forbes revealed that healthy and happy employees are up to 20% more productive in the workplace than those that are unhappy.

At the Group, our employees are at the heart of everything we do, and we know that their wellbeing is an essential factor in our collective success.

That’s why we have designed a comprehensive strategy to support employee wellbeing, allowing colleagues to maximise their potential as we strive for a better future.

This strategy is vital in underpinning our thriving and inclusive workplace culture, and has the following key objectives:

  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment with a positive culture of health, wellbeing and happiness
  • Prevent stress and burnout by implementing strategies that support our employee’s mental health and work-life balance
  • Increase employee engagement and satisfaction through personal and professional growth and development
  • Measure success of initiatives with feedback from colleagues and regular attendance

The strategic aims will be delivered using the Seven Dimensions of Wellness: Mental, Financial, Physical, Social, Vocational, Environmental and Communications.

Centred around positive working relationships, a sense of purpose, belonging and achievement, this strategy will support us to maintain our award-winning workplace culture.

Our commitment to employee wellbeing remains unwavering as we embark on this journey over the next five years. We look forward to continuing to develop our inclusive workplace culture that supports all colleagues, no matter their background, to thrive.
