Our unique Group model offers an integrated supply chain solution for the housing sector and a culture of collaboration is ingrained in our organisation.
Of our nine Group partners, none showcase the benefits of partnership working more than Pine Court Housing Association (PCHA). A Registered Provider of Social Housing with circa 500 homes, PCHA joined The Sovini Group in 2011 alongside One Vision Housing (circa 13,600 homes).
Retaining their brand identity, their ethos and their people, by joining The Sovini Group, Pine Court were able to remain committed to supporting their predominantly Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) customers, whilst accessing benefits usually only available to larger organisations.
As Group partners, Pine Court have increased their portfolio through the development of new homes and the diversification of their service offer. The Group’s integrated supply chain support them to develop and maintain their homes to the highest standard, whilst access to corporate services such as finance, HR and marketing, ensures housing colleagues can devote their time to nurturing customer relationships and supporting communities.
Creating Opportunities and Changing Lives
At the heart of everything we achieve are our people and we proudly employ over 800 talented colleagues.
As a responsible business, we strive to create meaningful employment opportunities for local people through collaborations with organisations such as Elevate Education Business Partnership (EBP) and Liverpool City Council.
This year we were awarded Patron Status by Elevate EBP for our valued role in raising aspirations, informing career guidance and preparing the workforce of the future.
An innovative approach
We have established forums across the North West, bringing together like-minded organisations, to support our vision of creating a better future.
Registered Providers of Social Housing from across the region have been invited to join our collaborative working groups to share best practice on topics including employee wellbeing, learning & development and customer communications.
In addition, we are supporting our suppliers to adopt a more sustainable approach to their business, in-line with our net-zero carbon commitment.
