Employee engagement budget
Managers are allocated a monthly budget to financially support bringing their teams together. The budget enables colleagues to host their team meetings in coffee shops, restaurants, parks and conference suites.

Our agile working employees have access to unlimited annual leave through contactable and non-contactable working days. Our approach to agile working secured us with a CIPD Award and stamp of approval.
