Profit Share and Bonus Scheme

Here at The Sovini Group we boast an attractive Profit Share and Bonus Scheme which is available to all colleagues. The unique scheme sees the Group share it’s profits amongst employees which is paid in a lump sum annually. How much employees receive depends entirely on the success of the business as a whole. Throughout the year, colleagues are kept informed with the progress of the scheme. We find this a great way to reward our colleagues for their commitment!

Monthly awards

Each month, colleagues from across the Group nominate their ‘Sovini Star’ and ‘Leader’ of the month. The programme enables the Group to recognise and reward employees who are going above and beyond.

 


Employee engagement budget

Managers are allocated budget monthly to financially support bringing their teams together. The budget enables colleagues to host their team meetings in coffee shops and restaurants to parks and conference suites.

 


Unlimited annual leave

Our agile working employees have access to unlimited annual leave through contactable and non-contactable working days. Our approach to agile working secured us with a CIPD Award and stamp of approval.
