A recent report on gender pay revealed salaries of female members of the Group compare favourably with their male colleagues.
The 2022/23 analysis revealed a mean gender pay gap of -6.8% in favour of women.
The Group’s mission to create opportunities and change lives is supported through the businesses investment in establishing an equal, diverse and inclusive culture for all to thrive in.
In 2022, the Group proudly launched Empower, a campaign which supports women in achieving their ambitions and building an inclusive workplace where women of all characteristics are empowered.
In the same year, the Pathway to Construction initiative was relaunched, following a short hiatus due to the pandemic. The work experience programme is aimed at encouraging female students to consider a career in the construction industry and culminates in a CV writing workshop to support in securing future employment.
