The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) revealed the shortlist for their 2023 People Management Awards, which are a benchmark of excellence in HR, Learning & Development and Organisational Development.
We are delighted to have been shortlisted alongside high profile organisations from across the UK, in the ‘Best CSR/ESG Initiative’ category, showcasing our commitment to effectively embedding environmental, social, governance (ESG) into our activities.
Judges were impressed by our ‘A Better Future: Creating Careers & Communities’ initiative, which was driven to increase opportunities for young people, upskill the workforce, provide ESG education, implement community programmes and recruit talented, like-minded people to make a difference in creating thriving communities.
