We are delighted to have been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Platinum accreditation, for the second time, securing our status for the next three years.
Platinum is the highest level of IIP accreditation and is achieved by only 5% of over 50,000 companies who are assessed.
Investors in People also recognised our commitment to the health and wellbeing of our employees with the Gold award for Wellbeing.
We form part of an elite group of companies holding this accreditation. Investors in People states that: “In a platinum organisation, everyone – from the CEO to a customer services apprentice – knows they have a part to play in the organisation doing well and is always looking for ways to improve.”
The Assessors were extremely impressed with The Sovini Group, commenting that “there is very strong alignment to the Group’s mission with employees across the business” and that “the consistent feedback from employees throughout the assessment described authentic, inspirational leadership”
