We are delighted to launch our Annual Report for 2022/23, which highlights our commitment to creating a better future for our colleagues, customers and the communities we serve.
Our impact during 2022:
- Generated £48.8million in social value.
- We recycled 100% of our construction waste, that’s 4,500 tonnes, supporting our net-zero carbon commitment.
- Awarded the Investors in People (IIP) Platinum accreditation for the second time, an accolade achieved by only 5% of UK companies, recognising our approach to promoting positive employee wellbeing.
- Creating opportunities for talented individuals, welcoming 218 new colleagues to the Group, including 28 apprentices.
- Presented with the Responsible Business (Social Governance) Award by Liverpool Chamber of Commerce at the 2022 Innovation in Business Awards, recognising the positive impact of our organisation within the community.
