The Sovini Group is celebrating again this week, having been awarded the Health and Safety Gold Medal at the prestigious ROSPA Health and Safety Awards 2020, for the sixth consecutive year. This is another magnificent accolade for the Group, hot on the heels of recently achieving first place in Great Places to Work in the UK, and Great Places to Work for Women and third place in Great Places to Work in Europe.
ROSPA is one of the most recognised schemes in the world, with almost 2000 entries every year and a reach of over 7 million employees.
The ROSPA Health and Safety Awards provide organisations with a prime opportunity to both benchmark and ensure consistent safety performance across their organisation. They also provide an effective route to demonstrate an ongoing commitment to raising health and safety standards.
Commenting on the sixth consecutive Gold award, Phil Hutchinson, Operations Director for Assets and Compliance at Sovini said:
“We are delighted to have received the ROSPA Health and Safety Gold Medal for the sixth consecutive year because we take pride in our commitment to health and safety excellence. Being recognised by an organisation as prestigious as ROSPA not only enhances our reputation as an organisation but just as importantly boosts team morale which is why we will continue to work hard to achieve our seventh consecutive gold medal next year.
“I would like to say thank you and well done to everyone involved with this achievement.”
