The Conway Point development is part of The Sovini Group’s ambitious new build framework, which strives to build a better future through the delivery of over 1,000 high-quality, affordable homes within the next five years.
The Group’s unique end-to-end supply chain have successfully completed the 40,000 sq.ft affordable Rent to Buy development, marking the culmination of a 12-month project on behalf of Group partners, One Vision Housing.
The multi-million-pound scheme is ideally located in Birkenhead, Wirral, just a short distance from Liverpool city centre and Chester.
Designed by architect Condy Lofthouse, the high-rise apartment block was built on brownfield land.
The scheme features 46 one and two-bedroom apartments, and a secure alternative transport storage facility as well as onsite parking
The apartments feature environmentally efficient fixtures, supplied by Group partner Sovini Trade Supplies, including toilets, taps, showers, and light fittings, contributing towards the Group’s net-zero carbon commitment.
Colleagues from across the Group and contractors came together with representatives from Wirral Council and Homes England to celebrate its completion.
