For us, health and safety isn’t just a checklist; it’s the fundamental principles that guide everything we do. It ensures every single person who works for us, steps onto our sites or uses our services, returns home safely at the end of the day.

Our unwavering commitment to safety was proudly recognised at the 2025 RoSPA Awards, where we were named the RoSPA Winner of the Construction Housebuilding & Property Development Sector.

In further recognition of their outstanding performance, our Health and Safety team were runners-up in the highly esteemed Sir George Earle Trophy category. This is RoSPA’s oldest, most prestigious and highest accolade, first awarded in 1956.

This honour is reserved for the strongest entrants, with only three companies shortlisted out of nearly 2000 entries, highlighting the exceptional quality and impact of our health and safety initiatives.

The three stand-out Industry Sector winners are invited to present to the RoSPA judging panel, who also conducted visits to assess our health and safety management systems and learn more about our health and safety cultures through discussions with employees.

The RosPA Awards are internationally renowned, serving as the ultimate symbol of achievement in safety and excellence. They celebrate organisations, teams and projects from across all sectors that demonstrate a tireless commitment to protecting lives.

Covering over 50 countries and reaching millions of employees worldwide, the awards are judged by highly experienced senior occupational health and safety professionals and consultants.

We’re incredibly proud to be taking home these awards, and to be named finalists in the prestigious Sir George Trophy category. This is more than just an accolade, it’s a true reflection of our collective dedication to safety and I couldn’t be happier for the recognition.”– Phil Hutchinson, Operations Director for Assets and Compliance.

This triumph serves as a poignant reminder that when safety is ingrained into every action and decision, the results speak for themselves.
