This month, we welcomed our latest cohort of apprentices, a talented group of future professionals who are ready to earn as they learn, building skills as they begin their journey towards meaningful careers across the Group.
Their arrival reflects our continued commitment to investing in local talent, future-proofing our workforce and creating long-term opportunities for young people across the region. This year, 14 apprentices joined us across the following areas:
- 2x Electrical Apprentices
- 4x Plastering Apprentices
- 1x Gas Apprentice
- 2x Multi-Skilled Apprentices
- 1x Scaffolding Apprentice
- 1x HR Support Apprentice
- 2x Housing Apprentices
- 1x Data and Information Apprentice
