Our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion is unwavering, and each year we take steps to ensure that this is woven into the fabric of our operations. This year, we’ve continued to build a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve, and we are proud to demonstrate our progress in our 2025/26 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report.
