This year’s report highlights significant milestones across our ESG strategy. Our proudest achievements include:
- Over £81M generated in social value across the Group, directly benefitting the communities we serve
- A 71.49% reduction in our carbon footprint in comparison with our base-year data, achieved through the integration of energy-efficient technologies, smarter waste management and sustainable supply chain choices
- Supported 94 traditional and non-traditional apprentices across the Group, breaking down barriers and bridging the skills gap across our industry
- Invested £34.5M into building 269 new homes, providing local families with safe, high-quality and affordable places to call their own
- Hosted 75 health and wellbeing events for colleagues in addition to fully-funded family events, ensuring our team feels valued both in and out of the workplace
- Awarded Best Partnership Working Award for our Supported Internship programme, in collaboration with Liverpool City Council, highlighting our dedication to creating inclusive employment opportunities
