Our highlights include:
- Generated £139.4M in social value, creating a lasting positive impact across the communities we serve.
- Supported the growth and development of talented individuals, with 167 new employment opportunities created and 85 internal promotions secured.
- Continued to lead the way on gender pay, with a-3.5% mean gender pay gap in favour of women
- Awarded ‘Best Approach to Diversity and Inclusion’ at the Northern Housing Awards
- Retained Investors in People Platinum, demonstrating our dedication to continuous improvement in relation to employee engagement and organisational culture.
