The Sovini Group continue to buck national trend on gender pay

The Sovini Group has continued to buck the national trend on gender pay. The 2018/19 gender pay analysis for The Sovini Group has revealed salaries of female employees compare favourably with their male colleagues.

The Group’s gender pay gap is now -4.91% in favour of female employees, an increase of last year’s -3.49% pay gap.

The UK average gender pay gap currently stands at 9.6% in favour of male employees.

The Sovini Group is the UK’s Best Workplace for Women and has introduced a number of initiatives to assist with salary monitoring, including a full salary review every two years and a transparent recruitment process.
