One Vision Housing named as UK’s leading organisation for complaint handling

One Vision Housing, part of The Sovini Group, has been nationally recognised for its innovative use of customer insight.

Competing against companies including HSBC and Vitality Health, One Vision Housing secured the award for Best use of Customer Insight and Feedback at the UK Complaint Handling Awards.

With the support of The Sovini Group’s central services, One Vision Housing has been able to empower and equip customers to improve their complaint handing process as part of the Customer Complaint Auditors initiative.

This initiative has placed customers at the heart of the complaint handling process, delivering improved performance and providing fresh insight into what customers want.

Awarding judge Lee Mostari said he “was blown away by One Vision Housing’s unique and innovative use of customer feedback.”
