How to become a supplier

Throughout the group we aim to provide high quality services that our customers and partners want and are happy with, at the best possible price.

We actively pursue efficiency savings so that we can channel savings into front line services. To benefit the customers and the neighbourhoods in which we operate. To achieve value for money for the customers and communities, a range of methods are used to procure products and services.

A comprehensive Procurement Strategy has been agreed, to outline the organisation’s aims and objectives in terms of procurement. It also provides a rigorous framework that both contractors and employees within the group can follow to meet the needs of our customers, while satisfying internal governance, national and European law.

Tendering Process

Sovini is happy to hear from existing and new suppliers interested in tendering for business. If you are interested in tendering for business, you may respond to one of the following:

1. Advertisements in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU)

This is where members of the group (i.e. One Vision Housing) have contracts that are above European Union Thresholds and are subject to EU rules and regulations. They will be advertised in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU). Details can be viewed on the Tenders Electronic Weekly website.

2. Advertisements in the local press or trade journal seeking tenders

3. Any of our tenders listed on this website www.MyTenders.org

MyTenders is a web-based portal for the procurement of goods and services of any value. The Sovini Group utilises this facility for the majority of their procurement. Those suppliers interested in tendering can do so, by registering free with MyTenders.org.

You can also register your interest in becoming a partner or supplier via email to: procurement@sovini.co.uk

Please note we carry out credit references on all of our existing and potential suppliers. Poor credit references may mean that we decline your submission.
