Sovini Property Services Maintenance have been working on a £10m maintenance contract for Villages Housing Association, based in Liverpool and Oldham.
As part of the five year contract, we will be carrying out day-to-day repairs, preparing Villages’ void properties for letting and providing the out of hours call out service.
