Sovini Group Marketing Team receives national recognition at CIPR Awards
The Sovini Group’s in-house marketing team saw off strong competition from some of the country’s most well-known brands to win a prestigious award at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards.
The Best Internal Communications Campaign award was received for the Sovini Games campaign, which engaged staff from across the Group, of over 600 employees, in a week long fun and competitive programme of mental, physical and gastronomical challenges, focused on corporate values.
This award – which recognises the successful engagement of internal stakeholders through on-going strategic relations to promote organisational objectives – included competition from Pandora, Aviva and Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Trust.
The judges commented: “This fun and innovative campaign brought people together and achieved a lot for a minimal investment, leaving a legacy for The Sovini Group to build on in years to come”.
